1. Who we are and this agreement
Mockship is a browser-based service for creating device mockups, app screenshots and promotional images and videos. It is operated by Vaibhav, based in India. “Mockship”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this operator. These Terms govern your use of our website, editors and related services.

By creating an account or using the service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you use Mockship for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account or purchase a subscription. Provide accurate account and billing information, keep access to your email secure, and do not share or sell account access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require proportionate verification before changing account details, disclosing data or restoring access. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or complete payment-card details to support.
3. The service and local projects
Features, supported formats, export allowances and prices are described in the interface and on our pricing page. Rendering speed, video encoding, resolution and export success depend on your browser, device, available memory and source media. Check compatibility and use available previews before purchasing.
Creative projects and imported media are stored and processed locally in your browser in the current editors. An account does not provide cloud backup or device synchronization. Clearing site data, private browsing, storage eviction or changing devices can remove access to local work. Keep independent copies of important projects and exports. Account, subscription and export-usage records are handled online as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Mockship provides digital access; no physical goods are shipped. Paid features become available after payment verification. If access is delayed or an export fails, contact us with the relevant account and error details.
4. Subscriptions, payments and renewals
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout and handles payment collection, transaction taxes and transaction-related buyer support. Those purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Mockship supplies the product and product support.
The checkout shows the selected plan, currency, taxes, billing frequency and total before payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until canceled. Annual plans are charged annually; a monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment option. Your export allowance refreshes monthly on the subscription anniversary, including on annual plans, and unused exports do not roll over or have a cash value.
Changes to plans may involve proration or a later effective date, as shown before confirmation. We will disclose future price or material subscription changes with any notice and consent required by law. Failed payments, expired subscriptions or exhausted allowances may restrict paid exports.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can manage cancellation through the billing portal linked from My account or contact Paddle buyer support. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next recurring charge. Unless a refund, legal requirement or the cancellation confirmation specifies otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the paid term.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Our voluntary refund window is 14 calendar days from the relevant payment. See the Refund Policy for the request process, renewal payments and exceptions. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory remedies or limits Paddle’s obligations or independent refund discretion.
6. Your content and permitted output use
You retain your rights in the images, videos, text, logos and other material you import. You give us only the permissions needed to process material you choose to send us to provide support or the service. These Terms do not grant us ownership of your creative work or permission to publish it for advertising.
You must have the necessary copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and other permissions for your material and its intended use, including consent from people depicted where required. Do not import confidential or personal data without the authority to process it. You are responsible for checking exports before publishing and for complying with destination-platform requirements.
You may use your exports for personal and commercial projects, subject to the rights in the included content and any applicable third-party asset licenses. Access to Mockship does not transfer ownership of its software, templates, fonts, audio, models or other underlying assets, or authorize their extraction and resale as a standalone library. Third-party license rights remain unaffected. Device and platform names identify compatibility or visual subject matter and do not imply endorsement by Apple, Google, Samsung or other rights holders.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Mockship for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive activity; malware; fraud; impersonation; sexual exploitation; or content violating another person’s rights. Do not bypass payment or export limits, misuse authentication, interfere with service security, overload infrastructure, or access another person’s account or information without authorization.
Do not copy or redistribute the service’s code or assets except where a separate license or applicable law permits it. Report suspected infringement to our contact email with your contact details, identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and an explanation of your authority and good-faith concern. We may request supporting information and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
We may maintain, update or change the service and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control. We may proportionately restrict or suspend accounts for material breach, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved.
If we discontinue a paid service or materially fail to provide it, we will provide the notice and remedies required by law, including any applicable refund for unavailable prepaid service. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; request both if you want both. Provisions intended to survive termination, including accrued payments, ownership and lawful liability limits, continue to apply.
9. Warranties and responsibility
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, particular business results or acceptance by an app store or advertising platform.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. To that same extent, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for Mockship in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer guarantee, privacy remedy or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not excuse us from legally required refunds. Consumers retain all mandatory protections.
10. Complaints and governing law
Contact Vaibhav at the email below for product complaints, privacy concerns, refunds or grievances. Explain the issue and the outcome requested. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, or within a shorter period required by applicable law. A complaint does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or approaching a competent authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in a forum available under their local law. Paddle transactions are additionally governed by Paddle’s applicable buyer terms.
11. Updates and general provisions
We may update these Terms and will show the revision date on this page. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes, and obtain consent where required, before applying them. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or change the refund terms of an earlier purchase.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. No transfer of this agreement may reduce your mandatory rights. Save a copy of the terms that apply to your purchase.
