What counts as an export?

Each file prepared for download counts once. A ZIP counts once. Rendering failures don't use your allowance; canceling a prepared download still counts.

When does it reset?

Free resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Paid allowances refresh monthly on your subscription's anniversary date, including annual plans. Unused exports don't roll over.

Where are my files?

Your uploads, media and projects stay local. Your account stores billing details and export usage, so your allowance follows you across devices.
